Monthly Bookkeeping

We handle the essential monthly bookkeeping tasks so you don’t have to — including transaction matching, reconciling all accounts, and reviewing for any inconsistencies or issues. You’ll receive clean, up-to-date records and summary insights so you always know where your business stands financially.

All reconciling is completed in Xero using tools like Hubdoc or the Xero In Tray for seamless source document matching.

Reporting & Insights

Depending on your package level, you’ll receive either quarterly financial summaries or monthly reports. These are designed to give you clarity around cash flow, income vs expenses, and ATO-readiness — without the jargon. Our Growth and Scale clients also receive KPI tracking or brief strategy check-ins to spot trends early.

Matching & Reconciliation of Bills/Invoices

We use automation and human review to accurately match your incoming bills and outgoing invoices with your bank feeds. Whether you upload docs to Hubdoc or email them straight to your file, we’ll reconcile the lot — and flag anything unusual for your review.

Xero File Management & ATO Compliance

We ensure your Xero file is not just neat — it’s ATO-compliant. That means GST is correctly tracked, payroll data (if applicable) is integrated, and all reconciliations are clean and audit-ready. Ideal for sole traders and small service-based teams who don’t want to get caught off guard.
